18 sie 2020 · When connecting even one 1440p monitor to the Macbook Air M1, there are terrible lags. Connecting a 4K monitor is completely impossible to work with because the FPS drops to around 10-15 frames for all external screens.
It is well known that M1 Pro supports up to 2 external monitors and M1 Max up to 4 external monitors, so that's pretty expected. Does TB3 allow M1 **Pro** mac to have three external monitors (2 on dock and 1 on HDMI/USB-C/etc.)?
