My tips to get to level 6 by Mountain Pass! Level 3: Ravaged Beach, get 3 companions, Crypt (get NPC), get 4th companion (SH, Astarion, Gale, Laezel). Go to grove, explore entire grove to get quests/talk to NPCs for XP.
The Mountain Pass/Rosymorn monastery are Act 1, but most people think of it as Act 1.5. Entering The Mountain Pass will resolve the Druid/Goblin storyline, that’s why you’re told to tie up any loose ends.
