I bought EA fc 24 on my xbox, already have xbox game pass ultimate as well. I then was able to preload the game to my pc via the ea sports launcher. However, it is only allowing me to play a "10 hour trial", and afterwards indicates I need to buy the game or get the ea sports pro membership.

I've bought ea sports fc 24 on pc and my friend bought it on Xbox series s, we have added each other in the game but we cannot play together for some reason. When I go onto online friendlies I tells me I need to add my friends in the FC in order to play even though I have already added him.
