In case of new contracts, the competent administration and the Ministry shall receive the labour card and new employment contract after the signature of the employee and employer, in addition to a photograph of the employee, as a file in his name shall be opened in the system at the Ministry.
As a temporary measure due to the current situation, MoHRE is accepting submission of contracts for limited-skills labour (skill levels 3, 4 and 5) without the need to attend Tawjeeh session. This is a temporary measure will continue until a further notice.
