  6. 1. Introduction. In light of recent evidence, beer consumption and its impact in our health is one of the greatest challenges for our society (de Gaetano et al., 2016; Marcos et al., 2021; Spaggiari, Cignarelli, Sansone, Baldi, & Santi, 2020).
