There are a lot of mods and it is difficult to know which mod is compatible with which one. This tool helps to detect conflicts between mods to know they are not compatible and help to do a compatch.
If you receive an, "Out of Memory" error, then your computer does not have enough memory to process the number of mods you have chosen. Upgrade your computer or reduce the number of mods you run. The screenshot below illustrates how xEdit will look once the conflict detection process is complete.
I think the best method for a clean up is to move your mods folder to the deskop and then start re-adding what you really need. Get the newest versions for everything. Find a good system to prevent duplicates.
