29 maj 2022 · The PDA syncs with a windows computer, via ActiveSync. After Windows Vista, Microsoft renamed the tool to WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Sync) and it's not supposed to work on Windows 10, but the community has fixed that by providing patches and workarounds.

4 cze 2024 · As far as i know, previously one could do it with ActiveSync, which was later replaced with Windows Mobile Device Centre (WMDC). The latter does not work on Win 11. I have several old PCs, including a laptop (Win XP), desktop (Win 7) and new desk and laptop both running Win 11.
20 lis 2023 · I am wonder if it is possible to donwload from HP or somewhere else English or Norwegian version of OS (Windows Mobile), which is used on my HP i PAQ HX2490? This unit was bought with Chinese version of OS and I really would like to use it but I need other language.
14 lut 2021 · So I've been working on restoring an old ipaq 110 to working condition; and so far I've been decently successful. It now powers on; has the corrected operating system (windows mobile 6 vs. the 5 that came on there) as well as fixing the USB port.
