9 gru 2020 · How Much Does it Cost to Transfer a Mobile Home Title in Texas? In order to transfer a mobile home title in Texas, there is a $55 issuance fee for the SOL. If the home does not possess the required Texas Seal or HUD Label, there is an extra fee of $35 per Texas Seal per section of the home.

A homeowner can transfer the mobile home by filling out an application for Statement of Ownership with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs no later than 60 days after the date of sale.
