18 lut 2022 · Texas no longer requires a Certificate of Title when selling or transferring a mobile home. A homeowner can transfer the mobile home by filling out an application for Statement of Ownership with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs no later than 60 days after the date of sale.
