Just wondering if it’s possible to throw a turbo kit in my MK4 2.0 Golf? Would that destroy my engine, or would it be more worth it to find a used 1.8T engine and throw that in my car?

2 cze 2010 · There are no horsepower gains worthwhile to justify a turbo setup on the 2.0s. They are only an 8 valve motor, where the 1.8s are 20 valve. You would be looking at a terrible investment. Definitely not worth it.
No damage, no known issues. Removed from a running/driving vehicle. Turbo shaft is a bit stiff when spinning but rotates without obstruction. Kit includes: Garrett turbo. Turbo exhaust manifold w/ v-banded downpipe. 440cc injectors/3" MAF housing. C2 Motorsports 42lb tuned ECU.
26 lut 2012 · Do yourself a favor and piece together a sound kit from the vendors you see floating around here on the vortex. Don't expect to get the job done for less than ~$3,000 if you are using a new turbo and fabbing everything yourself.
