Our Warm Line is a confidential, free chat service designed to offer support for those moments when you need someone to talk to who truly understands. At PILSC we know grief is a complex journey and grieving does not mean you need help fixing a problem.
Live Chat is our free, confidential online chat service, usually available from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. Our live chat service is staffed by our support workers, who can offer emotional support, talk through your questions and signpost you to resources and relevant organisations.
We have created a space where you share your journey. There are groups, forums, social media accounts, counselors and therapists that are waiting to help you heal. I want to create a community of women that will carry you until you are strong enough to carry yourself.
