1. NAZWA PRODUKTU LECZNICZEGO. Mirena, 20 mikrogramów/24 h, system terapeutyczny domaciczny. 2. SKŁAD JAKOŚCIOWY i ILOŚCIOWY. Substancja czynna: każdy system terapeutyczny domaciczny zawiera 52 mg lewonorgestrelu (Levonorgestrelum). Uwalniana początkowo dawka wynosi 20 mikrogramów/24 h.
2.1 Dosing Over Time Mirena contains 52 mg of levonorgestrel (LNG) released in vivo, at a rate of approximately 21 mcg/day after 24 days. This rate decreases progressively to approximately 11 mcg/day after 5 years and 7 mcg/day after 8 years.
