Electronic copies of all 2023 Minnesota hunting regulations are available now online. Printed copies will be available by the end of August wherever licenses are sold. After a tough winter, deer hunters in northern Minnesota might see fewer deer. In central and southern Minnesota, deer likely fared well.

People should keep the following in mind when purchasing a license:
