Receive HECAS Bill via email. Payment via Online or Payment Counters. Email: ask.hecas@moe.gov.bn. Call: 2381992 or 2381224 (office hours only) HECAS allows students to apply on-line to the local higher education institutions or the Department of Scholarship Management in Brunei Darussalam through any computers with internet access.
You will be directed to the Scholarship Application Form page. In the Awarded Scholarship grid of the Student Details tab, enter the values in the Effective Date, Application Status, Awarded Scholarship, Course Name, Place of Study, Country, Type of Application and Domain fields.
Government Overseas Scholarship under the Scholarship Section, Ministry of Education will ONLY offer programmes during 1st Round of HECAS in February. Who can Apply? HECAS is opened for holders of valid Brunei Darussalam issued identity cards (yellow/purple/green).
