These are Global Buffs in each quest, so you won’t be seeing them used together at the same time in Chapter 3. Keep in mind, this attack reduction does apply to things like Fury and Star-Lord’s signature ability.
In looking at the comments on the video for the 7.4.4 easy path, I found much better champs suggested than the ones shown here. I failed at my first attempt. Here's how I did it on the second attempt with no potions or revives. I primarily used 6-star R2 Spidey 2099 with the Anti-Venom synergy.
Anyone attempting the Smorgasbord path in 7.4.6, I would recommend using Nick Fury. MLM is three debuffs, and his SP1 is worth SIX debuffs! Apparently, every hit of the chopper strike applies the disorient.
