The Xbox one edition is an outdated console version of Minecraft that was replaced by the bedrock edition. I know for a while owners of the legacy console edition could download the bedrock edition for free, but according to the Minecraft wiki, this deal may no longer be available.
16 kwi 2019 · As many people on xbox, I had the xbox one edition of minecraft. When the game was taken off of the store for the new one, I still had it downloaded. About a month ago, my power went out and my xbox went crazy when I turned it back on and a couple games weren't there for some reason.
1 maj 2024 · This would fix the issue of not being able to play older gen worlds on newer gen consoles. Here is an example, let's say I wanted to move my creative world from Xbox 360 Edition to Xbox One Edition, although I would be able to move the save, I wouldn't be able to play it on Xbox One Edition.
18 lut 2022 · If you're world is from Xbox One Edition, you'll need to migrate it to Bedrock Edition before it can be played cross-platform (see below if this is the case). You can only have one of your worlds active on your realm at a time (unless you pay for more than one subscription).

The Xbox One Edition has all Legacy Console Edition exclusive features, the most notable being Mini games. Initially, the Xbox One Edition was planned to no longer receive updates following the release of Bedrock Edition on the platform, starting with the lack of an equivalent update to TU58.
