I've had this problem for about a week now where the disk usage is at 100% constantly in the task manager. After a few minutes it goes down a bit but when I launch an app it almost instantly goes back to 100%. I tried a lot of fixes including resetting my laptop, but the problem is still not resolved.

Since I bought my PC around a year ago, it has had a near constant 100% disk usage in task manager, and has been relatively sluggish. After some research I disable telemetry (windows reporting service) and my disk usage is down to around 3%. This is very cool for me.
