MCVersions is a project designed to make obtaining all versions of Minecraft easy and simple. Jars for all Minecraft versions can be downloaded here, for both the server and client versions of the game. All content is provided by Mojang and is never re-distributed.
Snapshots are available for Minecraft: Java Edition. To install the Snapshot, open up the Minecraft Launcher and enable snapshots in the "Installations" tab. Testing versions can corrupt your world, so please backup and/or run them in a different folder from your main worlds.
19 wrz 2013 · 1.6.4 is a minor update to Java Edition released on September 19, 2013, which fixed a bug where structures would not save with the world file.

These versions are publicly available, though they are not auto-installed by the launcher unless the Enable snapshots checkbox is ticked in the profile editor, and then it will only download the current version's development's set of snapshots and pre-releases.

At its first introduction, 13w41a, it used the 2.0 textures, but it was changed in the next snapshot, 13w42a. In Java Edition 1.17 , tinted glass was added. It is unlikely that the identical naming of these blocks was intentional.
22 wrz 2013 · Go to http://minecraft.net/download and click the link Minecraft.exe (for Windows) or Show All Platforms if you're running another OS. Save the file in a preferred location and run it. Once you open it, everything should update automatically.
