To schedule an appointment to obtain a Texas DL/ID, visit Driver License Services – Appointments. Commercial Driver License Cardholders. Drivers who have an updated medical certificate may submit it to the Department by emailing CDLMedCert@dps.texas.gov or by fax 512-424-2002.
