I think the whole point of LTSC is to have the freedom of choice when it comes to install what you want or need instead of avoiding Microsoft apps. For example, I want to keep Okular up-to-date and I need web media, image and video extensions.
You can download the .msixbundle package from the official GitHub site (go to the Releases page and download the Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle file from the latest stable release as well as the corresponding license XML file) - this is the official App Installer package, in offline/downloadable form.

1 lip 2023 · Visit the Github page for LTSC Microsoft Store Installer. Extract the code archive and look for Add-Store.cmd. Open Settings in the system and turn on the Developer mode. Now right-click on “Add Store” and click on run as administrator. Follow on screen instructions.
