I have gone through the Device Manager->Cameras->Integrated Webcams, I checked the Driver Date and it appears to be 21/06/2006. The driver version is 10.0.22000.176. I have tried updating the driver by clicking update driver but it tells the most up to date driver is already installed.
In such cases, you have a couple of options below: Switch the driver to UVC driver. Download and install new driver from manufacture's website. Get help when Windows can't find the camera.
