You create, edit, delete, and view all conditional formatting rules in the workbook by using the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager dialog box. (On the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting , and then click Manage Rules .)
5 sty 2022 · When the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager window appears, use the drop-down box at the top to choose the sheet or to use the current selection of cells and view the rules. This allows you to jump between the rules you set up for different spreadsheets in your workbook.
In the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager, you can choose to show formatting rules for areas of a workbook that have rules, such as the current selection or a specific worksheet. You can then create, edit, and delete rules as well as manage the precedence of rules for the cells or worksheet you selected.

To make some changes to an existing rule, proceed in this way: Select any cell to which the rule applies and click Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules… In the Rules Manager dialog box, click the rule you want to modify, and then click the Edit Rule… button.
