Just passed AZ-305! Personally, I found AZ-305 a bit easier and more "predictable" than AZ-104. Note: You should be able not only to identify the relevant technologies but also all the differences in pricing tiers and geographic service scopes (e.g. what's available in Azure AD P2 or some Premium SKUs in other services).
