21 lut 2023 · Enable your Gmail to be connected by Microsoft 365 or Office 365. To use an app password with Gmail, you have to first turn on 2-step verification, and then obtain the app password. Once you have an app password, you can use that in combination with your username to connect to Gmail.
Add your new Microsoft 365 email account to Outlook. Choose File > Add Account, type your email address in the field provided, choose Connect, type your email password, and choose Sign in.
Select Accounts > Email accounts. From the email accounts pane, you can now select the option to Add account, Manage an existing account. Select Add Account, then in the Suggested account dropdown, add the Gmail account you want to add, and select Continue. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
