BUT If a Teen who doesn’t have a wish finds out they’re pregnant, it will by default assign the ‘Does Not Want a Pregnancy’ wish and reaction to both the pregnant Sim and the father.

Lumpinous RPO has the option for teen pregnancy. If I recall correctly, there are buffs from parents towards teens who end up pregnant too and options to kick the teen out etc which is great for storytelling.
7 mar 2024 · You can use teen-enabled maternity wear (a lot of regular outfits have those already, and they will show if the teen is pregnant, mod or otherwise), and pretty sure both the SimBlender and InSimenator (and similar mods) allow you to make teens pregnant without woohoo.
