The ending of “Messages Deleted” leaves viewers with several unanswered questions. As Joel finally confronts the antagonist, known as The Voice, played by Deborah Kara Unger, the audience is left wondering if Joel has truly defeated his own demons or if it is merely a temporary triumph.
