I was using Mendeley cite for my dissertation up until last week when every time I open the program in Word online it causes the page to crash. I have tried it in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, on 2 different computers, and on my university's wifi and off my university's wifi.

Initially, I tried to add it via the "insert>store" option in Word but the add-in wasn't showing when searching for it. I then tried adding it through the online version of the Store, which partially worked.

I works on Mendeley Referencing tool file but I keep getting prompted to my old university email, with no obvious way of switching. Uninstalling is not an option since I do not have admin access to Microsoft 365.
