It's actually great that it's packed this way. It makes it easy to get to all of the wax. It's also actually a paste wax in a tube.

Customer service guy was fairly rude and put me on the defense, quick to point out my faults as a user. Waste of time to call them. Most of Meguiars products are pretty good, partly because their system is easier to figure out vs competitors. Date of experience: March 22, 2023
