Megatron is extremely smart, as he created the Cybonic plague and learned how to weaponize tox-en. And he is intelligent enough to know the cure for Cybonic plague. Megatron hardly ever smiles in the show, even when he laughs he doesn't smile. But his smile is very evil looking.
