From a few things I've read it might not work well with Windows 11, but it does work in Windows 10 (and earlier versions). Anyway, the zipped file can be downloaded at the below link if you wish to mess around with it some.

19 paź 2020 · From what I've read, MegaStar also prints much better than modern planetarium programs do. For the most part, yes! SkyTools can be made to print decent charts, but for my preferences the defaults need tweaking.

It has been hosted here https://www.ladyandtramp.com/megastar/. When you try and access this it may give a certiicate error but I believe you can proceed to the site with no issues.
