I've been trying to install MegaHack v8, but my computer keeps preventing me from installing it, I turned off any anti-virus or protection, But it keeps flagging as "virus-detected" and won't even allow me to download it. if anyone has a solution, please help.

False positive. Defender and anti viruses like to flag MH because it alters game files while they are in use.

When I press tab to open the Mega Hack v8 menu, it decreased my ENTIRE PC PERFORMANCE alot, you can see this in my screen recording. This did not happen when I first got Mega Hack v7 but when I upgraded to Mega Hack v8 I noticed a big issue.
