It will do the hex edit for you. I just tested with 120 FOV to make it super obvious whether or not it worked, and it seems to have worked perfectly! A quick check of the EXE shows that my other fixes are still intact after running the tool, so it appears to be safe to use.
I just downloaded Metal Gear Solid V TPP, i'm using Windows 11. There was a fix that gave you the possibility to play the game at W11, but, unfortunately, the site that used to host the fix (megagames) does not support a fix bar anymore.
