To cancel, you can follow the instructions below: In the MEGA Pass browser extension. Click the MEGA Passicon on your browser toolbar. Click your profile image at the top right. Click Settings. Click Open account settings. Click Plan. Under MEGA Pass, click Cancel subscription. Select your reason for cancelling.

While I've not used that, it's likely a requirement by Visa or AstroPay for the region/payment method used (fraud prevention). If you're hesitant I would suggest e-mailing MEGA directly with that screenshot and ask them. support@mega.nz
