Not sure if it helps, but I just fixed my issue with the fatal graphics error by changing the Windows 11 Memory Integrity to disabled in Windows 11. Do a search for memory integrity and you should find a menu item for "Core Isolation" under windows security.

30 sie 2022 · It says running but will not launch. I have tried running as admin, verifying integrity of cache, running steam and the game as an admin, I have already tried running in compatibility mode.
Was considering upgrading to Windows 11 but worried it could stop some of the older total war titles from working such as Attila, Rome 2, Shogun 2 and Empire. Any of you guys done the upgrade? Any issues running any of the games?
