My card is lost or damaged — Log into (or create) your secure Medicare account to print or order an official copy of your Medicare card. You can also call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to order a replacement card to be sent in the mail.
Once your new card has mailed, you can sign in to see your new Medicare Number or print an oficial copy of your new card. Visit Medicare.gov/NewCard and check the map for the status of card mailings in your state.
If your red, white, and blue Original Medicare card is lost or stolen, or you can no longer use it because it is too faded or damaged, you can replace it by calling 1-800-MEDICARE (633-4227). You can also order or print a replacement card by logging into your medicare.gov account.
