12 cze 2023 · I have this persistent HP Printer 3.2.1.2285 download/install error file in Windows Update for my Win11 HP Elitebook. Issue popped up about a week ago. Oddly enough, I don't even own an HP inkjet printer, nor have I ever had this laptop hooked up to an HP printer.

19 cze 2023 · Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11. This update has failed to install on various dates since 22/05/2023 to now 19/06/2023 and keeps showing up on Windows update retry. A solution please.
12 lip 2023 · Re: Win11 Pro Update install error: Install error - 0x800f020b for HP - Printer - 3.2.1.2285 Go to Uninstall updates and select any driver updates from external devices that may be causing the error.
22 lip 2023 · Downloaded and installed HP full installation package for the printer. Only installed things I wanted like HPSMart, drivers, etc. and did not install things like Fax... Problem solved. Something in the full package is needed by windows to complete the install of HP - Printer - 3.2.1.2285 update.
10 cze 2023 · Em seguida o Windows Update concluiu com exito a instalação de "HP - Printer - 3.2.1.2285". Mas posteriormente verifiquei que um novo drive para a mesma impressora foi instalado, o NPI851D74 (HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w). Não entendo como, quando e porque isso aconteceu mas agora tudo está funcionando corretamente.
