29 maj 2024 · Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry Card. Individuals registering with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program as a patient or a caregiver will complete their registration by activating their Registry card within the online Patient & Caregiver Registry.
The Division of Cannabis Control oversees the Medical Marijuana Control Program Patient & Caregiver Registry, and licenses and regulates medical marijuana cultivators, processors, dispensaries, and testing laboratories.
Your card must be either printed out or available on your mobile device for you to purchase medical marijuana at a dispensary. When you visit a dispensary to purchase medical marijuana, you will need both your Registry card and the ID associated with your Registry account to confirm your identity.

You can apply for an Ohio medical marijuana card online by obtaining a medical marijuana recommendation from a physician certified to recommend medical cannabis in Ohio. The physician will initiate the application, which will prompt the OMMCP to send you a unique link to complete the application.
