Requirements: Base Level 99 Blacksmith or Mastersmith. Job Level 50 Blacksmith. Job Level 60 - 70 Mastersmith. The quest will let you learn about the history of the Mechanics, those who delve in magic and machinery to fight in battle. When you become a Mechanic you will have skills that concentrate on Axe masteries and Machine related gears.

As Merchant with job level 40-50 you can change to 2nd class Whitesmith. As Whitesmith base level 99 and job level 70 you can change to 3rd class Mechanic. As Mechanic base level 200 an job level 70 you can change to 4th class Meister. This skill can be canceled by casting it once again.
