MDPI，全稱 多學科數位出版機構 （英語： Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute）是一家出版 開放獲取 學術期刊 的機構 [2][3]，由瑞士華人 林樹坤 創建。 目前MDPI是世界上出版開放獲取學術文章數量最多的出版社 [4][5][6]。 MDPI的運作方式因為相對傳統期刊具有許多優勢，同時因國際期刊的商業競爭因素，因此引來既得利益者者對其批評而毀譽參半 [6]。 MDPI採用開放獲取模式，意味着向MDPI投稿的作者在文章見刊前，需要支付一筆版面費來支持MDPI公司的運作，此後文章即免費面向社會大眾公開。 相比傳統的學術期刊，MDPI旗下的期刊的同行評審速度很快，旗下期刊2022年從投稿到錄用所需時長 中位數 僅37天。
21 cze 2024 · 2024年6月20日，科睿唯安正式公布2024年度《期刊引证报告》。 截至目前，MDPI 出版的443个期刊，共计237个期刊收获影响因子。 其中，139个期刊首次收获影响因子，77个期刊影响因子大于3，72% (171/237) 的期刊位于Q1或者Q2。
