If your card or other credit device is lost, stolen, or misplaced, contact us immediately: 1-888-876-6262 Customer Service associates are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you decide to contact us, write us on a separate sheet (or use a copy of the form provided on your statement) at the following address: MBNA P.O. Box 9614 Ottawa ON KIG 6E6 . Or fax to 1.877.839.6262. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service Associates at 1-800-347-6262 and we can assist you in setting up a pre-authorized debit.

To pay by mail, use this specific address only. MBNA P.O. Box 4369, Station A Toronto, ON M5W 3P2. MBNA also offers a dedicated customer service line for their rewards program. Either log into your Online Banking dashboard and select the Rewards option or call 1 (877) 877-3703.
