Chef continues to evolve the menu to have the greatest appeal for locals and tourists to the Monterey peninsula. Prices on the higher side, but totally worth it. Very thoughtful wine list with a good selection of reasonably priced wines and a handful of total splurges.
Amazing, best food I've had in Monterey. Very high quality ingredients and cooking techniques (hence the price). Smaller portions but the food was great. We ordered the beet salad, we've never had beets shaved like how they were. Shaved paper thin and rolled into a taquito shape. The branzino was tender and had crispy skin.
