Is there a way for me to save my work in MATLAB in Google Doc, PDF, or even a word doc so that I can type my notes into the same file and share it with others?

If you go to the html folder and click on the relevant le, it should open in Firefox or Chrome. Now choose Print (the menu is accessed from the button on the upper right), then choose Print To File. Be sure the Output format is set to PDF.
