19 mar 2021 · How to use a display a string in fprintf. I am trying to write a section that will display two numerical values, with their units followed after each. The units will change depending upon what the user enters as their units. So far what I have tried are these two things.
To convert data to text and control its format, you can use formatting operators with common conversion functions, such as num2str and sprintf. These operators control notation, alignment, significant digits, and so on.
The fprintf function is vectorized for nonscalar arguments. The function recycles the format string through the elements of A (columnwise) until all the elements are used up. The function then continues in a similar manner through any additional matrix arguments.
