12 paź 2008 · I know it's rather close to a modern 336, but the current manual discusses features (safety) that my 30A doesn't have. So, does anyone have a copy of the pre-safety 30A manual in electronic form or would be willing to scan it? Is there a repository of manuals for firearms on the 'Net?
1 wrz 2010 · I have a Wards-Westernfield 40, which cross references as a Marlin 101 or Glenfield 10. Needs a new bolt. My Dad was a great gunsmith and completely went through this rifle. Only has half the bolt, the bolt handle half which fits perfectly. When a purchased bolt parts from Numrichs they did not (bolt handle).
18 wrz 2020 · I recently purchased a used Glenfield 30A Lever Action rifle (serial number confirms it was manufactured in 1979). Now I'm trying to get my hands on an owner's manual. Anyone have a lead on a user manual?
5 maj 2024 · The Glenfield 30A is a tip-cap style model. They often shoot just a bit better than barrel band style models (Model 30 [no A] for Glenfield). It should be just as reliable as any 336 in the same condition.
