Here's a link for a addon pack that contains a bunch of 2.4.3 addons. Omen threatmeter, questhelper, atlas, map coords, cd timers etc. You will probably see familiar names in the pack. UI it's either us a backported elvui that works decently but not immaculate or just go classic xperl.
