Texas State Technical College Waco Campus Map. TSTC is located in the heart of Texas, between Dallas and Austin. When driving on I-35, take exit 342-A about. 5 miles north of Waco. Follow the TSTC signs east from the interstate and you’ll find the main entrance on your right.
