CBS Television City. Located adjacent to the Farmers Market and The Grove, this is the headquarters of CBS and was purpose-built in the early 1950s to produce TV shows. The facility opened in 1952. The current studio complex was built in 1951 and designed by architects Pereira + Luckman, on the site of the former Gilmore Stadium.
