Yep, just hwinfo. You open the sensor page then click the fan button at the bottom. There you can set a fan curve. What was interesting is that when I set the fans manually they span up to what speed they would go to under full load automatically.
21 sty 2019 · You can now set a specific fan to a specific level/speed manually using the tool. Other than the new commands added to handle this, there are no additional changes.

21 cze 2014 · I would like to know if there is a way to set my laptop fan speed to 100%. I want something that I can assign a key to, so when I press combination of keys my fan speed will boost to 100% and pressing them again will reduce it to normal.
NBFC fan ramp-up can be easily controlled from the fan configuration. You can set your own stepping - temp vs fan speed and control the fan acoustics to your linking.
