There is also a bounce house area with 4 different ones and they are well monitored and gives a nice place for kids to play. We were there about 3 hours total which was perfect. Saw everything, some favorites twice, played in bounce houses and made it to the family truckster before anyone had a melt down from being over tired.
The bounce house area is very damp and at least one of the bounce houses is in need of repair. They seem to treat the animals well and the zoo is growing, it's just overpriced for what it is. Read more

There's a bouncy house for $5.00 extra, but worth it as the kids loved it and was difficult to get them out of it to continue on to the rest of the zoo. The first time I was there, they only had a small kiosk to purchase about 7 different types of stuffed animals, a small or large of each type.
