It used to be an actual oil, very viscous, now it's a cream. The recent reviews on Amazon are negative about the new formula. For the price, I switched to another that's a lot cheaper and works pretty well.

For years I have used Man1 Man Oil Penile Health Cream. I love it. I use it along with a Manhood foreskin substitute. It keeps my skin so soft and smooth. I just noticed that they have a product called Man1 Senfla. It is supposed to "Gradually Restore and Maintain Enhanced Penile Sensation.
Just ordered Man1 Man Oil. I realised I had death grip through my recent experiences with vaginal intercourse. I’ve read the reviews for this and apparently it resolves death grip by restoring penile sensitivity. It will arrive within 2 weeks as I’m from the UK and the product is in the US.
